We are pleased to confirm that the recipient of the 76th consecutive donation, to mark the game against Cyprus, will be Archangel Michael Hospice who are the only facility on the island providing palliative care for children.
The following information was supplied by Mona from the hospice:
‘Archangel Michael Hospice provides free care to people at the final stage of their life, and their aim is to offer comfort, medical services, quality on care, spiritual and psychological support, as well to enabling their patients to pass away with the minimum pain, with the purpose to live fully each day at their last few days alive.’
The presentation will take place on the evening of Friday the 15th of November in Paphos, where we’ll be able to welcome as many of our supporters along as possible. In view of the delicate nature of the services provided by the hospice, the presentation will take place in a central location in Paphos and not at the hospice – Full details to follow very soon.
